Thank you for your contribution to the Friends of the Georgetown Library for the commissioning of the sculpture "Whispers of My Ancestor."

 

Children and families visiting our Library will be blessed and challenged through the example expressed in the artistic representation of James Bowley and his Aunt Harriet Tubman of "the long-term effects of nurturing education to uplift the next generation" (Wesley Wofford).
